Transforming the Recruiting Process through Lego Serious Play

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

A small group, interactive workshop that’ll take participants back to the innocent, boundary-free play of childhood, with the freedom to share their views, likes, and dislikes about the way the recruiting process works.

The session will use visual, auditory, and kinesthetic skills to discover how to re-invent your brand to become more attractive to potential candidates while developing and discussing techniques that will allow participants to take back to their companies a better understanding of who a prime candidate is, what they want and how to put them into a position to succeed.

By building landscape models with LEGO® bricks, it attributes meaning through story making, and plays out various possible scenarios -- a process which deepens understanding, sharpens insight, and socially “bonds” together the group as it “plays” together. The LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY™ methodology will guide participants into a free and honest exchange of opinion on how to transform the recruiting process so as to attract the ideal candidates from the next generation of employees.

Who should attend?

Anyone from recruiters to TA leaders will benefit from this workshop.
