A Dash of Data and a Pinch of Creativity Can Make You More Powerful and Valuable

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Patrick Wicks, of 117,000-employee Johnson Controls, talks about a conundrum recruiters of all company sizes have faced: the business’s expectations are a bit divorced from reality.

Wicks found that the business wanted local candidates, and had no budget for relocation … and as a result experienced four-month times to fill. He’ll tell you how he got creative, and used data to frame the case that the business would either have to reduce their expectations on the candidates or free up some budget to import talent.

The end results is a better relationship with the business, and much lower fill times.

Who should attend?

This is a good session for people working on improving their hiring processes and manager relationships.
